Debbra Sweet has spent a lifetime bringing people, ideas, opportunities and resources together — and turning connection into movement.
Based in San Diego with a vision that has never been limited by geography, Debbra’s work spans leadership, business, faith, media, music and community. Across each arena, one thread has remained remarkably consistent: she leads leaders.
Long before today’s digital networks made global connection commonplace, Debbra was building communities, developing leaders and teaching professionals how to create meaningful relationships that produce real results.
For 21 years, she was deeply involved with BNI, the world’s largest professional referral networking organization. During that time she served in leadership and director roles, taught business owners how to strategically grow through relationships and word-of-mouth referrals, and became a certified trainer of trainers. Although she stepped away from BNI in 2018, those two decades helped shape a body of knowledge about relationships, influence, leadership and business development that continues to inform her work today.
That experience also reinforced something Debbra had understood long before entering business:
People are powerful. But what becomes possible when the right people, purpose and resources come together is even greater.
Her leadership has never existed only in business.
A lifelong student and teacher of the Bible, Debbra spent eight years serving on the Board of Directors for the Association of Christian Fellowships, a worldwide biblical research ministry. She also spent years developing and overseeing home fellowships, teaching God’s Word and supporting people in putting biblical principles into action in their everyday lives.
Her faith remains foundational to who she is and how she leads today. It informs her conviction that our gifts, influence, opportunities and God-given differences aren’t simply things to possess — they are things we are called to steward.
Today, Debbra brings those decades of experience together through her work as an entrepreneur, strategist, speaker, author, musician and creator of leadership experiences and intellectual property including Leadership Brand Fusion™, BRAND YOU!, D.I.N.O.!, Vision to Victory™ and the Circle of 10™.
Her work continues to cross industries, communities and borders, but the purpose underneath it has become increasingly clear:
